Our names are Taya and Seamus Sweet.  The two of us have been growing produce for almost two decades now.  We love growing gorgeous produce, we love the change in seasons, we love cooking and we love community.  These are the things that keep us dedicated to this challenging industry.  

Our farm is located in Wheeler, WI and we serve the Twin Cities, Menomonie, and Eau Claire. Though we are a few season’s into growing on land we purchased here in Western, WI our farm started out as an urban farm in the Seward neighborhood of south MPLS.  We turned a couple vacant lots into a vibrant market farm, hence our namesake Growing Lots.

Our farm is primarily a CSA farm.  Community supported agriculture is our passion because we love working closely with our community members to build healthy food systems.  We aim to make our produce something that everyone can enjoy every day!  The coolest part about CSA’s is that while you are finding creative ways to eat your daily vegetables, you are supporting us in finding innovative ways to sustainably steward our farm.  CSA memberships allow us to invest heavily in our soil health, utilizing a low till system that is nursed by organic inputs and not reliant on herbicides and pesticides.
